เนยเค็ม 1/2 ก้อน
นมข้นหวาน
ถาดฟอยด์ หรือ ถ้าไม่มี ใช้ จานหลุม หรือถ้วยพาสติก
วิธีทำ :
บดแครกเกอร์แบบไม่ต้องละเ**ยดมาก
เอาเนยไปละลายในไมโครเวฟ แล้วเทใส่แครกเกอร์ ขยำคลุกให้เข้ากัน
เอาเครกเกอร์ใส่ในพิมพ์เกลี่ยให้เท่ากัน กดให้แน่นๆ
นำไปแช่ช่องแข็ง ประมาณ 30 นาที
นำครีมชีสตัดเป็นก้อนๆ เล็กๆ ทิ้งไว้ให้นิ่มสักพัก
นำครีมชีสไปตีให้ขึ้ฟูแล้วใส่นมข้มหวาน 3 - 5 ช้อนโต๊ะ พร้อมบีบมะนาวสัก 1/2 ลูก
ตีครีมชีสต่อจนเป็นเนื้อเนียนสวย
